There are two brand new features in this entry. Bonus challenges in the game, such as scoring a number of points while in Star Power, will reward the player with unlockable content when they are completed. The Career mode for the game will incorporate any World Tour DLC that the player may have. The Band Revival meter will appear when a player fails out of the song, requiring the other band members to play well as a group together in order to bring the failed player back into the game. A new play mechanic called "Band Moments" will require all members of the band to play sections of a song successfully to gain rewards, both in scoring and visual effects on screen. Star Power is no longer shared by the band, and instead tracked for each player in a similar manner as Rock Band. While playing in a band, Star Power is now tracked separately for each player, as opposed to collectively for the band as in World Tour. Whereas in World Tour, a band could only have one of each instrument, Guitar Hero 5 allows players to arrange for any combination of instruments, including all four players on the same instrument if they so choose. Players can also play in groups of up to four local or remote players to form a band, co-operatively playing through a song. Specially marked sections of the song, if completed correctly, help to build up Star Power when then can be unleashed through an action with the controller to further double the current score multiplier.Īs with Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero 5 supports the playing of lead and bass guitar through guitar controllers, drums through a drum controller, and vocals through a microphone. Correctly hitting consecutive notes will build the player's score multiplier. Should the meter fall below a certain threshold, the song will end prematurely with the player booed off the stage by a virtual audience.

Hitting correct notes in time with the music increases the player's score and builds their performance meter, while missing notes will cause the meter to drop. Using a special game controller, players attempt to match scrolling notes as they appear on screen to mimic the playing of rock music and other songs. These things are starting to age and I need to repair my gear and buy some things to take my channel to a next level.Gameplay in Guitar Hero 5 is similar to previous games in the series. That’s a poor business model and one I can’t sustain forever.Īt the start of my channel I bought a lot of gear: audio interface, 3 camera’s, lenses, computer, etc etc. Right now I make 60$/month… With 350 videos that have created about 20 million views in the past years. This means that income from this content has all but disappeared. Youtube isn’t the platform it used to be! More videos get blocked or demonetised. Power: I have 21 awesome patrons and together they create more revenue than youtube ad’s do! That means that i will try harder to create the content for you!.You get access to something that’ll make learning these things a whole lot easier! Whether it is a solo transcription, or a detailed explanation of a theoretic subject. Lesson PDF’s: I have lesson PDF’s after every video I post.Early access: See the content before anyone else!.Basically anything that’s played with feel and passion has a chance to make it to my channel!

In almost 9 years I've made 350+ free videos: guitar tutorials for songs, solos, improvisation etc, backing tracks, music videos, song transcriptions, solo transcriptions, vlogs, and more… Styles I have covered range from Rock, Blues, Pop, Jazz, latin, to classical music.

To be able to make time to continue this channel in my busy schedule I need your help! For almost 8 years I've tried to run my channel without Patreon but have come to the realisation that running a youtube channel is very time consuming.
